I'm all for reducing pole clutter, but really signs should be above head height.

Another view of the 'Give Way' line in #182981. Note the pedestrian using the diagonal cycle crossing.

A cluttered approach to this 'Give Way' line. See also #182982.

A detector has now been installed at the Maryhill Road crossing on North Woodside Road.

The Advance Stop Line at Hopehill Road had been installed in such an advanced position, it was beyond the traffic signal!

While the two crossings on Maryhill Road are pedestrian crossings, the crossing on the Hopehill Road side of the junction is a toucan crossing.

'Give Way' lines leading from the footway onto the roadway of Maryhill Road.

New detector strips have been installed at the North Woodside Road cycle traffic signals at the Maryhill Road crossing.

People walking and cycling on Kelvin Way, with motoring signage still on display two years after the closure to driving.

The e-bike docking points at Kelvingrove Art Gallery have been taped up.

New residential building with just two cycle stands

Shouldn't this sign show segregated pedestrian and cycle paths rather than a general cycleway sign? The 20 mph limit applies to the road, of course.

Not yet finished... the Chisholm Trail bridge over the Cam

The latest iteration of cycle parking at Waterbeach station - two-tier and Sheffield stands

Traffic is sent down the west side of the green in Waterbeach, but there's no reason not to encourage cyclists towards the station and the towpath to take the shorter route down the east side.

The road markings tell cyclists to turn right from the left-hand side of the lane - potentially disastrous.

Cyclists do have the option of turning right onto the shared-use footway towards Kendal station

Anti motorcycle and vehicle barrier on RCR11

The Cycleway now becomes an old narrow road heading to Manor Road in the distance

This is a classic - how do you cycle along this strategic local cycle route? Better barriers are required!

  • Icon 182972 Dangerous two stage crossing with refuge in middle. In peak hours I've waited minutes to cross with a constant flow of traffic, some of it too fast. There should be a road narrowing and priority crossing (zebra or signals) here to enable a single stage safe crossing.
  • Icon 182856 Pathway from Longcliffe Rd to Belton Lane on west side of A607 is pedestrian only (or has it been changed) as it's too narrow for cyclist as well. I have confronted cyclists using it and my wife had an accident on the path with a fast moving cyclist leaving in her car our driveway several years ago who fell into the A607. Need a clearer warning at Longcliffe Rd for cyclist turning left to Belton that it is pedestrian only. Today I had confrontation with a cyclist who refused my pedestrian priority to move onto the road. Please erect a warning or paint the path or advise that it is now joint pedestrian/cyclist. This path has accident potential adjacent to busy main road.
